If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within three days of receiving your order, via the Contact Us page or email me at owlpost@stitchcraftandwizardry.com.au.
Your satisfaction is important to us and we will make every effort to help out with a satisfactory solution.
Please note that while if a product is faulty, we will happily refund or replace the item, however no refund can be given for change of mind. Custom-dyed colourways are non refundable.
Please also note that while we do our best to accurately capture the colour of the yarn in the picture, the colours may slightly differ due to variations in monitors and screens.
